Traditional Vietnam

Almost 20 years after the Vietnam War, in 1993, I traveled Vietnam from south to north. The results of the war were still visible in the broken bridges and bomb craters. There were hardly any tourists. Modern buildings and infrastructure had yet to get off the ground. What I found was actually a very traditional Asian country. That is what I tried to express  in this series of photo montages.
